Guidelines for Submitting a Post

We uphold high standards to ensure quality and consistency. Please adhere to the following:

Article Structure

  • Write a minimum of 1,000 words per article.
  • Keep titles concise, under 55 characters.
  • Organize content with clear subheadings and short paragraphs (max 300 words each).
  • Use active voice and succinct sentences for readability.

Content Quality

  • Prioritize reader value over SEO tactics. Avoid keyword stuffing or forced optimization.
  • Focus on delivering actionable, educational, or thought-provoking content.
  • Use descriptive, concise, and relevant anchor text that reflects the linked content.
  • Link to specific resources (e.g., articles, tools, or studies) rather than generic homepages for added context and value.
  • Keep anchor text natural and avoid over-optimized phrases (e.g., “top UX designers” or “best software in California”).
  • Maintain neutrality: Avoid endorsing specific brands, products, or services unless the context justifies it. Brand names as anchor text are acceptable in these cases:
    • When the article focuses on the brand (e.g., a tool’s origin story or feature breakdown).
    • In balanced reviews that discuss pros, cons, and competitors.
    • When citing authoritative sources, research, or data from a brand.
    • When referencing partnerships, ownership, or official statements.
    • When attributing visuals, media, or legal disclaimers to their source.
  • Feel free to include links to credible external sources (e.g., research papers, industry blogs). Cite statistics or data with proper attribution. We may mark these as ‘nofollow.’
  • Avoid promotional language — focus on informing, not selling.

Image Guidelines

  • Attribute all images properly and comply with licensing requirements.
  • Use images from approved sources: Unsplash, Pexels, Freepik, or Pixabay.
  • Provide source links for images (we’ll adjust sizing and add captions).
  • Avoid images with logos, text overlays, promotional content, or distracting elements.

Where to Submit Your Article

By submitting, you confirm that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not violate copyrights or intellectual property rights.

Send your content to [email protected] as a Google Doc or .docx file.

Include your full name, a brief bio, and an optional profile picture.
